Bahamian born, Andrea grew up boating, sailing, windsurfing and riding horses on the beaches in The Bahamas, but was educated in Virginia , graduating from The University of Virginia where she studied business, foreign languages and psychology.

Andrea started her career in the selling of properties on Paradise Island in 1984 and is recognized as an expert in this exclusive niche market having been involved in the development, sales, rentals and/or management of almost every property on Paradise Island over the span of 28 years. Having founded and successfully run Paradise Sales & Rentals as the only real estate company on Paradise Island from 1992, Andrea decided to expand her knowledge and expertise by merging her firm with Bahamas Realty in 2010 joining her husband and partners as a director and real estate broker. Bahamas Realty is one of the largest, most respected and progressive of all real estate companies in The Bahamas and is a proud member of Leading Real Estate Companies of The World and its luxury brand Luxury Portfolio. While Paradise Island has been home since 1987, Andrea has traveled extensively through The Bahamas and enjoys an in-depth appreciation of the out islands – the jewels of The Bahamas. As an investor in property on Paradise Island , Nassau and the out islands, she is well prepared to assist her clients in the buying and selling of real estate throughout her country of 700 islands.

Andrea specializes in luxury properties with a focus on the Paradise Island real estate market: residential lots, single family homes, condominiums, condo hotels, marina dock slips, residential and commercial leasing. She is a Founding Member of Ocean Club Estates and has been instrumental in the sales of beachfront, harbourfront and golf course lots as well as luxury condos in the Ocean Club Estates Residences and Marina development. Andrea’s primary source of clients is referrals and she takes pleasure in assisting clients and their families relocating to The Bahamas.
