Kevin was born in the Bahamas of British parents. He began his education in the Bahamas before attending Rugby School in England, and concluding in the United States at Eastern Connecticut State University. He was active in sports and was a state high school champion in track & field in the 100m, 200m and relay. Kevin is a licenced Broker and Appraiser by the Bahamas Real Estate Association and a registered appraiser with the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. He is both an Appraiser and Broker with Bahamas Realty. He served as a Director on the board of the Bahamas Real Estate Association for two years and as Honorary Secretary for one year. He was also Chairman of the Monitoring Committee for BREA for three years. He has travelled widely in N. America, Central America, Europe and the Caribbean and is committed to the highest level of professional service to his clients who have been based both in the Bahamas and in many other countries.
